AmayaOS is a simple Unix-like Operating System that I’ve been developing since 2014. It’s a fork from FreeNOS (Free Niek’s Operating System) written in C & C++. It has some basic Unix commands like cat, grep, find, echo, and some more. It’s a “live” operating system, so you can run it from a removable device such as a CD, USB, … Also, since version 0.09 (released in 2016) it can be installed into a hard disk.
